For millennia,
people have engaged in the
continuous ponderings: Why am I
here? What do I want? How can I get
more of it? As our mastery of the
planet has grown, we are
increasingly freed from the burdens
of finding food and shelter. We now
have more time than ever for
recreation, and for reflection on
our lives. We can increasingly
design those lives to fit our own
requirements. Life coaching is a
very recent addition to our “self
development toolbox”. |

What Life
Coaching is: The International Coach
Federation says: "Coaching is an
ongoing partnership that helps
clients produce fulfilling results
in their personal and professional
lives. Through the process of
coaching, clients deepen their
learning, improve their performance
and enhance their quality of life." |

Myles Downey, in
his book
Effective Coaching defines it on
page 15 like this: “Coaching is the
art of facilitating the performance,
learning and development of
another.” |

Law of Attraction
coaching goes even further and is
even more effective because, in
addition to everything ordinary Life
Coaching has to offer, we are
working with the universal Law of
Attraction. When we understand his
law we come to realise that our
potential is unlimited. We can be,
do and have whatever we want. I can
help you be, do and have whatever
you want but I can't do it for you.
I can show you the way. I can help
you to set goals and to programme
your mind to achieve them. I can
help you to release the false ideas
and beliefs that have been holding
you back. I can and will be setting
you tasks and homework that will
force you to leave your comfort
zone. |

What I can't do,
and would not wish to do, is live
your life for you. I can't eat you
dinner for you, I can't exercise for
you and I can't make you
successful. YOU have to do all
these things for yourself. However
you will find achieving your goals
is much easier and faster with my
help. |
